« Agréable mais peut mieux faire / rapport qualité-prix discutable »
- accueil sympathique et souriant - sécurité : personne qui check en bas du batiment avant que vous montiez à la réception qui se situe au +2 ( vous suit discretement à votre étage si vous devez d'abord passer par le parking recuperer des affaires à la voiture ) + à l'entrée de la piscine. - malgré le bruit de la rue plutôt calme la nuit, extérieur et intérieur. Attention aux travaux qui parfois commencent vers 6h du matin.. - quartier animé tout à pied avec restos, bars, pharmacie, epiceries. - petit déjeuner varié (peu de sucré) specialités locales, mais jus industriels avec gobelets en plastiques .. dommage .. - parking privé payant même si un peu galère ( trés pentu ou il faut inserer la carte en pleine montée ..) - piscine sur le toit agréable le matin, même si pas assez de place pour tout le monde ... serviettes fournies - taille de la chambre. - grand miroir salle de bain mais mauvaise lumière pour maquillage .. - prises et usb des 2 cotés du lit.
- hôtel qui a vécu - organisation générale / gestion à revoir - samedi matin nous quittons à 9h la chambre pour la journée .. retour à 16h ménage pas fait .. nous interpellons la femme de ménage qui était dans la chambre d'à coté lui demandant pourquoi : " c'est shabbat".. - piscine : pas de service à manger pour le midi ou boire tout court en dehors d'un distributeur payant mais eau gratuite... beaucoup trop petite pour le nombre de personnes de l'hotel , pas assez de place, nbre de transats limités .. allure de piscine municipale en fin de matinée, musique trop forte, trés bruyante avec non respect des regles en place alors qu'il y a un surveillant .. les gens qui laissent leur gobelets en plastique et autres déchets tomber dans la piscine sans les ramasser. Une personne du house keeping circule pour ramasser les dechets et serviettes des gens non respectueux.. Pas reposant pour un hôtel possedant la notion Spa.. - l'hotel se situe au coin de rues trés passantes donc impossible de s'arrêter brièvement pour descendre la valise. - la personne de la réception qui rentre sans frapper le lendemain matin de notre arrivée pour nous demander de partir (check out) alors qu'on part 3 jours plus tard. - le jour du départ aprés le petit déjeuner à 9h ( avant l'heure officiel du check out ) carte d'entrée de la chambre désactivée - fenêtres en hauteur dans la chambre - petite salle de bain avec poubelle et brosse toilettes rouillées ( voir photos ) - wc non séparé .. - douche qui fuit (chbre 812), joints noirs - clim vétuste et bruyante ( voir photos - la réparation par le scotch.. ) - trés petit lit que ce soit en largeur et longueur,pas confortable - rien pour faire secher les serviettes de bain / maillots alors que l'hotel dispose d'une piscine et pas assez de crochets pour suspendre les serviettes de douche - ménage approximatif, dans les coins et sous le mobilier, vaisselle qui traine des heures.
